Day 31 of 90 · Audit → Momentum
Phase 2: raise the bar 10%
“Walk was 10 minutes. Now it's 11. Small enough that I barely notice, big enough to grow.” — Kai

Today's action · 5 min
Take your strongest habit and make it about 10% bigger: one more minute, one more rep, one more page. Leave the others exactly as they are.
Why it works
Simple, small actions become automatic faster than big ones, as Gardner and colleagues describe. Growing a habit in small steps, only once it feels easy, keeps that advantage. The 10% figure is a rule of thumb, not a research finding.
