Day 55 of 90 · Calm under pressure
Reset day: sleep and a walk
“After a big few days I'm keeping it simple: an early night, a long walk, nothing fancy.” — Kai

Today's action · 5 min
Today, do just two things on purpose: get outside for a walk, and get to bed early enough for at least 7 hours' sleep tonight. Set a bedtime alarm now.
Why it works
A consensus statement from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and Sleep Research Society recommends adults sleep 7 or more hours a night regularly. After a busy stretch, getting back to the basics of sleep and movement is the quickest way to feel like yourself again.
