Day 67 of 90 · Learn
Practise your weakest spot
“I skipped the easy bits and drilled the one chord I keep fumbling. Ten minutes, real progress.” — Kai

Today's action · 10 min
In whatever you're learning, find the one part you find hardest and spend 10 focused minutes on just that, with full attention.
Why it works
Ericsson, Krampe and Tesch-Römer described deliberate practice: effortful, focused work on specific weaknesses, often with feedback. It's less fun than repeating what you're already good at, which is exactly why it helps.
