Day 9 of 90 · Sleep
10 minutes of morning daylight
“Ten minutes outside with my tea, even when it's grey. Mornings feel less foggy.” — Kai

Today's action · 10 min
Within an hour of waking, spend about 10 minutes outdoors or by a bright window. No phone needed, just look out at the day.
Why it works
The US National Institute of General Medical Sciences explains that light and dark have the biggest influence on our circadian rhythms, the body clock that helps time sleep and the hormone melatonin. Morning light is a simple way to give that clock a clear signal. Ten minutes is a practical starting point, not a medical dose.
