Get outside in daylight
“Even on grey days I get out before 3pm. The light makes the long evenings easier.” — Kai

Today's action · 15 min
Spend at least 15 minutes outside in daylight today, ideally around midday when it is brightest. Combine it with your walk if you like.
Why it works
The NHS's self-care advice for seasonal affective disorder includes getting as much natural daylight as you can. Daylight is free, and getting it while you move doubles the benefit of the time.
