Day 28 of 90 · Move
Rest days are part of training
“Today is a slow day: a gentle stroll and an early night. Rest is part of the plan, not quitting.” — Kai

Today's action · 10 min
Plan your week of movement on paper: mark which days are for walking or strength and which are lighter. Today, do something gentle like stretching or an easy stroll.
Why it works
The NHS suggests spreading activity evenly over 4 to 5 days a week, or every day, rather than cramming it into a couple of sessions. Lighter days help you keep going all winter. If you are sore or unwell, rest is the sensible choice.
