Day 61 of 90 · Holidays
New Year: Phase 3 begins
“New year, same me, but with 60 days of practice behind me. Now it's about who I'm becoming.” — Kai

Write one sentence about the person you're becoming, for example "I'm someone who moves every day." Put it next to your tick sheet.
Why it works
Dai, Milkman and Riis found that goal commitments, gym visits and searches for "diet" all rise after fresh-start dates, and New Year is the biggest of them. You're not starting over; you're using that fresh-start energy to strengthen what you've already built. The identity sentence is an idea to try, not a research finding.
